Making payments - changes to authentication

The European Economic Area has introduced a new authentication system effective from 14 September 2019, which may affect EEA consumers when they make a purchase online. This is unlikely to affect any customers who reside or bank outside of the EEA, so if you are experiencing trouble making a payment please contact your bank.
